Landscape Construction Foreman

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working on the jobsite while managing the crew of 2-6 employees

  • Assisting in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project

  • Operating various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc

  • Having the ability to work with Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Subcontractors to stay on schedule and budget

  • Having the ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, or site specifications

  • Maintaining and enforcing standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas

  • Irrigation system knowledge preferred

Minimum of 4 years verifiable experience in crew leading is required

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is mandatory


Landscape/Garden Maintenance Manager - Experienced

This is not an introductory position. Applicant must have lawn maintenance experience and the knowledge to perform all lawn care duties.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Be able to work on job sites along with crew

  • Manage landscape maintenance on a variety of commercial and residential properties, while delivering great customer satisfaction

  • Build relationships with customers and employees with good communication, follow through, and delivering above expectations.

  • Train employees on the expectation for their routes for lawn maintenance

  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment

  • Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn tractors, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws

  • Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

  • Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other technology a plus

  • Sales & estimating to grow division

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Landscape Maintenance Management

  • Knowledge of using most landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, shears, etc.)

  • Knowledge of horticultural practices

  • Knowledge of minor repairs to equipment (changing spark plugs, oil, filters, belts, etc.

  • Knowledge of minor irrigation repair

  • Washington state chemical spray license

Minimum of 3 years lawn maintenance and 5 years Supervisor/Manager experience preferred


Landscape Irrigation Technician - Experienced

This is not an introductory job. We are looking for an experienced irrigation technician who needs very little training. Must be self motivated and able to troubleshoot irrigation problems with little supervision

Our Irrigation Tech is responsible for providing irrigation installation, maintenance, and service of various residential and commercial properties.

Valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record REQUIRED

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Customer service, troubleshooting, and service/repair of residential/commercial landscape irrigation systems

  • Spring system turn-on and assessment

  • Fall winterization of systems using forced air blow-out

  • Water feature troubleshooting, cleaning, maintenance and repair

  • Low voltage lighting system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

  • Perform minor hardscape installations and repair

  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities and without supervision

  • Knowledge of new system layout & installation

  • Knowledge of controller programming, Including WIFI enabled controllers

  • Ability to track time and materials using an online app

Physical demands include but are not limited to:

  • Constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

  • Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small and heavy equipment, and materials

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly

  • Ability to constantly work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements

Minimum 5 years verifiable experience preferred
