Urban Wetland
Situated on a cul-de-sac on the edge of a wetland area, this site offered unique challenges. Working in conjunction with the excavation contractor, selected native boulders were stock piled on site. Once the house foundation was constructed, Pacific Garden Design craftsmen built the artful water feature under conditions of significantly restricted access. The house was then constructed with the living room bridging over the stream. The extensive rock work on the site integrates the landscaping throughout the property.
