Colbert Rural Acreage

This residence is situated on a sloping ten acre site oriented to Mt Spokane and an old granite homestead cistern. The owners challenge was to include a large water feature and pond in that view as well. Extensive earthmoving and recontouring of the slope was required to create the feeling that the pond was always there. The entry water feature is a nice introduction to theme of flowing water throughout the site.
